Rated 2 out of 5 by Zhaas from Thin I was tiptop overexcited to "upgrade" from my 36" hus$ky to this, merely sad to say it was more of a downgrade. The "awesome" soft close draftsman mechanisms get crowded 50% of the time and won't full close, the boxershorts and box feel very flimsy, and there were no liners for the shorts. It looks okay, merely otherwise than that hu$ky makes a MUCH better box seat for about the same amount of $, and those are 24" deep compared to Craftsmans 18". Not happy.

The caster holes that are punched into the bottom of the package are seedy lined leading and not square up with one another making it impossible to mount up the wheels out of the box. Select control could have detected this slip up and have had it remedied before sending information technology out to Be purchased.

After hauling the cabinet a couple century miles from the metropolis and unloading and unpacking it by myself, I went to frame on the last castor and found the bolt holes in that slur were out of alignment. I have already emailed the address that Craftsman has provided to counter reviewers on this page. The reply was to take it back to Lowe's. I'm not quite a sure why Craftsman is reaching out to people on here if they aren't fit to do anything for them. I understand regressive it is likely the simplest root, but in my case information technology is a big inconvenience and there was was no recognition of that fact past Craftsman. What is really annoying is you can pronto see it is messed up. The most basic quality control would have prevented this from happening.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chappy from Caster Assy Had same problem as others have commented about caster holes not lining dormie. Had to admit caster plates (on matchless caster assy only) on inside of cabinet unsuccessful that were built wrong from the factory and reposition them in the right form. Also, extinct of the box it had a small dent along posterior side of cabinet which was no big batch since it was happening the back side which will be upwards against a wall. Other than caster problem, seems to be a nice cabinet. Was thinking about buying a second one !!!
